Payments

Payments designed for property transactions.

Rent, deposits and purchase payments run through recorded workflows — with intents, receipts, escrow states and payouts tied to the transaction they belong to. This page explains the system publicly, before you ever pay.

The workflow

How a payment runs

1
Payment intentA payment is created against the transaction — rent, deposit or purchase — with its amount, currency and parties.
2
CheckoutYou confirm the payment through the checkout step. The methods available to you depend on your market and the configured payment provider, and are shown before you confirm.
3
Recorded & receiptedCompleted payments are recorded and given a receipt that stays linked to the transaction in your workspace.
4
Held or settledWhere escrow applies, funds are held until the milestone is confirmed — then released to the verified receiving account or refunded.

The details

Everything around the payment

Payment methods

Methods depend on your market and the payment provider integrated for it. What applies to you — and any fees — is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Transaction records

Every payment is linked to its property, agreement or application. Intents, receipts, payouts and ledger entries together form the auditable history.

Receipts

Each completed payment produces a receipt, visible under Payments in your workspace. Receipts are the record — and the evidence — for reimbursement, accounting or disputes.

%

Fees

Where the platform charges fees, commissions or service charges, the amounts applicable to you are shown on the relevant listing, checkout or payout screen before you commit.

Landlord & agent payouts

Amounts due to landlords and agents are paid out through the payout workflow to verified receiving accounts, tracked to completion against the recorded payment.

Refunds

Where a transaction is cancelled or a dispute is decided in the payer's favour, held funds are refunded through a recorded action with a reason — never silently.

Payment security

Payments flow to reviewed receiving accounts, actions are limited by role-based permissions, and every movement is written to the ledger and audit log.

Payment disputes

A payment concern can be escalated into the dispute process — escrowed funds linked to a disputed payment are frozen until the case closes.

Your payments, privately

Payments

Every payment, on the record.

Receipts, escrow states and payouts you can point to — that's the point.
